We do have a carryout zone for your convenience directly in front of the store or please feel free to utilize the parking lot next door.

Skilos, A Family Pet Store utilizes USPS and UPS for shipping services. 100% of orders are shipped within one business day and to residents in the United States only. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Skilos Return Policy
Food can be returned for in-store credit only (less $2 for credit card processing fees if applicable) within 10 days of purchase. Food is defined as any product approved as a complete and balanced diet by AAFCO and must be in original packaging. Dry Kibble & Frozen Raw Food can be returned if package has been opened but UPC and Date Code must be present and visible. Canned food must be unopened. If 10 days has passed since purchase, no in-store credit will be given, no exceptions.
We Do Not accept returns on apparel, toys, consumables(treats & chews), grooming items, or beds that have been opened and left the package. Wearable items (harnesses) IN SAME CONDITION PURCHASED IN &/OR IN UNOPENED PACKAGE with original receipt and item tag still attached may be exchanged for a different size. If there is a difference in price; the amount paid will be deducted from the new cost if greater than the previous cost. If the cost is less than the initial purchase, in-store credit will be given for the difference.
